About Alan
I have joined Genstone Realty in Orlando, FL as of April 2026. My real estate career has spanned 37 years from 1989 to present day. From 1989 to present I have been a licensed New York State Real Estate Associate Broker with various companies, most recently Century 21 Alliance in Wappingers Falls, NY. In September 2023 I received my Florida Real Estate Associate Broker license, associating with Century 21 Coastal Alliance in Palm Harbor, FL until joining Genstone Realty.
During my early real estate career I was also employed by IBM in Poughkeepsie, NY from 1974 to retiring in 2013 as a Senior Program Manager in the Large System Development area. I also received a Project Management Professional designation during that time. In addition to IBM, from 1997 to 2001 I was also employed as a technical specialist for the MCI telecommunications company in their world wide quality management department.
I am married to my wonderful wife Jenny McGloin-Arnfield for over 25 years. We live in the Orlando, FL area and spend time working on our home and enjoying the sunshine life that Florida affords all of us. We have 5 children and 6 grandchildren, with 2 more grandchildren on the way!
